Price the manual route honestly. iZotope RX 11 plus a DAW to host it is a four-figure stack before you touch a fader, and the labor is the real cost: at 4 to 12 hours per track, a 10-track album is one to three weeks of full-time skilled work, with a coin-flip-or-worse chance per track of rejection at the end.
